Pope Francis has called for an end to tensions in Lebanon and bombings in Israel. On Wednesday, he addressed a large number of believers in the Vatican, calling for prayers for those suffering in all the world’s conflicts, including the Middle East, Ukraine, Myanmar and Sudan.<\/p>\n
“I hope that the international community will make every effort to stop this terrible escalation. I express my support to the Lebanese people, who have already suffered too much in the recent past,” Pope Francis said.<\/p>\n
