“Vagharshak Harutyunyan, a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, was awarded the Order of Friendship for his services aimed at strengthening friendship, cooperation and mutual understanding between Russia and Armenia,” reads the document.<\/p>\n
Vagharshak Harutyunyan had held the position of Armenian ambassador to Russia since 2022.
