In a Telegram post, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy promised to finalize the “victory plan” and make it public. According to him, the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other high-ranking officials will work out the details related to strategic security points.<\/p>\n
Zelenskyy noted that the plan will be issued when Kyiv understands the stance of its partners and assesses its actual capabilities. He informed that now a team in Washington is working on the military-political details of the project.<\/p>\n
