“Within the framework of the criminal proceedings investigated in the Main Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee, a public criminal prosecution has been initiated against one of the employees of the school named after John Kirakosyan under Article 201, Part 3, Clauses 1 and 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.<\/p>\n
A decision was made by the investigator to arrest the said employee and present him to the body implementing the proceedings, which was carried out.<\/p>\n
At the moment, relevant investigative actions are being carried out with the mentioned person.<\/p>\n
