Recently, Azerbaijani intelligence agencies have been
engaged in yet another information warfare against the population of the
Republic of Artsakh through social media, Artsakh NSS reports.
The Artsakh NSS reports that Azerbaijan tries to exert
pressure on the population and spread panic among them by making posts on
social media accounts regarding false theories and promises about
“citizenship”, “high salaries”, “protection of
rights”. The posts are made in Armenian.
In addition, Azerbaijani users made posts with a list
comprising the names of Artsakh residents who allegedly took part in the war,
making false accusations against them.
The National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh
urges everyone not to respond to such posts, not to provide any personal
information of Artsakh citizens, not to fall for fake news, to remain calm and
to get news only through the official media.
