I am already in Yerevan, like the rest of the people from
Artsakh — robbed of my homeland and unhappy, but never downcast. Former State
Minister of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan wrote this on his Facebook page.

“First, I visited Yerablur to express my gratitude to our
heroes and to apologize to them. Afterward, I came to the Mother See of Holy
Etchmiadzin to attend the nationwide prayer for Artsakh. Then, I will go to the
refugee camp to alleviate the suffering of my people.

In the near future, when the time is appropriate, I will
give my opinion on the past events and what awaits us,” Beglaryan wrote.
