Davit Torosyan /updated/: Updates from Chartar

We have managed to get more precise information regarding
Chartar. According to preliminary reports as of 3:30 a.m., civilian casualties
have not been reported; women and children have not suffered injuries; one man
among civilians has been injured. I will provide updates if new information
comes in.

War correspondent Davit Torosyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“I finally managed to get in touch with people in Chartar. The connection was
very bad, and it was very difficult to understand what was going on there. We
have suffered losses. However, the Armenian side has managed to keep control
over the line of contact along the front. The reports on the number of
casualties and the wounded are not final. I was told, quote, ‘Several people
have been wounded, and a little more than 10 have been killed.’

Dear friends, I usually do not provide information about
casualties in this way. But now I have to do this in view of the conflicting
information about Azerbaijanis entering various settlements and annihilating
people. In fact, as of 2:30 p.m., this is the situation in Chartar. This is
what I have managed to know,” Torosyan wrote.
