US special envoy for Ukraine: The world must return to a maximum pressure policy on Iran

Trump has announced that the world should return to a “maximum pressure” policy on Iran “to make it a more democratic country.” Such a statement was also made by Keith Kellogg, U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine, said during an event for the “Iranian opposition” held in Paris, according to Reuters.

“This pressure should not only be kinetic or military force, but it must also include economic and diplomatic measures. There is an opportunity to change Iran for the better, but this opportunity will not last forever. We must take advantage of the weakness we are currently seeing. There is hope, but there must also be actions,” Kellogg stated.
