Today, Sept. 14, under the mediation and supervision of the
International Committee of the Red Cross, 9 patients, along with their
attendants, were transferred to RA specialty hospitals. The patients were
transferred to Armenia to receive immediate medical treatment.
The Artsakh Ministry of Health reports that one patient is
expected to return to Artsakh in an ICRC vehicle today. The patient was
transferred to the Republic of Armenia to receive state-funded treatment.
