War will not break out in the region. Iranian Defense
Minister Mohammad-Reza Gharaei Ashtiani said this at the end of the cabinet
meeting in Tehran with regard to the recent tensions between Armenia and
Azerbaijan.
“We will not accept any geopolitcal changes in the region,
and everyone knows that,” the minister said.
Referring to the developments occurring in the Caucasus,
Brig. Gen. Ashtiani noted, “The current state of affairs shows that nothing
special is going to happen.”
