Casualties reported as massive attacks target Moscow and surrounding regions

Ukrainian armed forces have carried out massive attacks overnight in the direction of Moscow and surrounding areas, killing one person and injuring three, the mayor of Moscow says.

In the wake of the attacks, temporary restrictions have been imposed at Zhukovsky, Domodedovo, and Sheremetyevo airports, Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) reports.

The Domodedovo train station has also sustained damage, leading to a temporary halt in train services.

Numerous residential buildings and vehicles have been damaged due to the attacks, with fires breaking out in various areas.

As of now, 69 Ukrainian drone strikes in the direction of Moscow have been repelled.
