Artsakh is again turning into an actor to be reckoned with by everyone: Vazgen Manukyan congratulates Artsakh president

Former Prime Minister of Armenia Vazgen Manukyan
congratulated the newly elected president of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan.

“I would like to congratulate you and the people of Artsakh
on the transfer of power through your decisive actions. This attests to
Artsakh’s autonomy and independence.

Artsakh is again turning into an actor to be reckoned with
by everyone, whether they like it or not.

Being an actor, Artsakh played a crucial role in all our
previous victories.

In the past few years, Artsakh was gradually losing its
independence, and its role as an actor was being undermined, which in fact
affected the course and the outcome of the 44-day war,” Manukyan wrote.

He noted that by taking on this fairly crucial role,
Shahramanyan will be shouldering great responsibility.
