Houthis announce attack on military target in Tel Aviv
The Houthis have reportedly carried out a drone strike on a military facility in Tel Aviv, as well as on Saada governorate, where they claim to have downed an F360 reconnaissance drone operating in the interest of the United States and Israel, Armenpress writes, referring to the movement’s spokesperson, Yahya Saree.
As reported, the Giant Shark F360 reconnaissance drone was conducting a special mission over Saada governorate.
The Israeli military stated earlier that it had intercepted a drone approaching the country from the east.
The Houthis have resumed their attacks on Israeli territory, which had been paused since January following the start of a ceasefire in Gaza. Houthi Leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi had previously noted that the movement would resume attacks on vessels linked to Israel in the Red Sea and Arabian Sea if the blockade on Gaza continued.
