We are interested in the normalization of relations between
Armenia and Turkey, as well as in the implementation of agreements between
Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, including the unblocking of transport links.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said this.
“We are sure that Turkey can play a constructive and
positive role in this process. Despite the shady initiatives of Western
countries, we greatly appreciate Turkey’s foreign policy,” Lavrov said.
