Germany and allies eliminate restrictions on weapons supplied to Ukraine
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz announced that there are no longer any restrictions on the range of weapons supplied to Kyiv by Berlin and its allies.
“There are no longer any restrictions on the range capabilities of the weapons supplied to Ukraine—neither by the British nor the French nor by us nor by the Americans,” Merz stated during a forum organized by WDR.
“This means that Ukraine can now defend itself, for example, by attacking military targets inside Russia,” the German chancellor noted.
