The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) report they opened
retaliatory fire in the direction of Lebanon. Rocket attacks had been made into
the territory of Israel, RIA Novosti writes.
“A number of attacks were carried out from the territory of
Lebanon in the direction of Israel. In retaliation, the Israel Defense Forces
opened fire into the territory from where the attacks had been made,” reads the
IDF’s statement.
