Azerbaijan opens fire on combine in Sarushen second today

Around 5:00 p.m. on Aug. 17, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces
violated the ceasefire in the Askeran region. They opened fire from small arms
on the combine harvester working in the fields of Sarushen village for the
second time today, the press service of Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports.

“It is obvious that by its regular attempts to
thwart the grain harvesting works, the Azerbaijani side is trying to aggravate
the humanitarian crisis in the Republic of Artsakh caused by the
blockade,” reads the report of the Artsakh Defense Ministry.
