On Aug. 16, Artsakh NA President Davit Ishkhanyan received
Artsakh Defense Minister, Commander of the Defense Army Kamo Vardanyan.
The NA president noted that in addition to legislative
initiatives, he attaches paramount importance to the security and defense
system, namely the Defense Army, which has been the major guarantor of the
people’s security.
The Commander of the Defense Army referred to the tasks that
the Defense Army is currently charged with and the ways of coping with
them.
Vardanyan also referred to the incidents of ceasefire regime
violation by Azerbaijan and the misinformation spread by the Azerbaijani mass
media.
