Avetik Chalabyan: No one has given Pashinyan mandate to cede Artsakh and soon this question will be raised inside the ruling party as well

The authorities targeted Hayakve with aggressive
counterpropaganda through the abuse of power. Avetik Chalabyan said this at the
final press conference of the first stage of the initiative.

“However, thanks to our 300 volunteers, we managed to
make the first stage a reality,” he noted.

According to the organizers, the authorities spare no effort
to thwart the activities of Hayakve. However, despite all of this, the first
stage came to an end before the deadline. It is noteworthy that the initiative
was launched a week later than planned.

“No one has given Pashinyan mandate to cede Artsakh,
and it is against this that Hayakve is fighting. Moreover, soon this question
will be raised inside the ruling party as well,” Chalabyan said.
