ECHR’s deadline on Azerbaijan to provide information about Vagif Khachatryan

The ECHR made a decision to oblige Azerbaijan to provide
information about Vagif Khachatryan by Aug. 8.  

Azerbaijan is obliged to provide the Court with information
regarding the person’s whereabouts, conditions of detention, state of health,
received medical treatment and the possibility of return.
