statements made by the Armenian authorities during his press conference with
international media.
With regard to the right of the people of Artsakh to
self-determination, he said: “No country in the world has the right to
deny us our right to self-determination. I call on the Armenian authorities to
be more circumspect about their statements. The right to self-determination is
a principle of international law, and we enjoy this right today as well.”
He called on the Armenian authorities to show circumspection
in their statements. According to Harutyunyan, Artsakh will carry on its
struggle for self-determination, regardless of all kinds of statements.

the principle of equality.

corridor, the total blockade and the crucial importance of opening the
corridor.
