Lecturer refused entry to Armenia

Karen Igityan has not been able to enter Armenia for several days. Instead of arriving in Yerevan by plane, he is living in a house he found in Pyatigorsk with the help of friends, while the reason for his inability to come to Armenia remains unclear.
