Artsakh NSS: People receive phone calls and are told in pure Russian that they can leave for Armenia via Baku

Today, people in Artsakh received phone calls and were told
in pure Russian that citizens of the Republic of Artsakh could leave for the
Republic of Armenia via the territory of Azerbaijan (Baku). People were also
told that their security would be ensured.

The National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh
calls on everyone not to answer any questions and not to be misled in the event
of receiving such phone calls. All the information that they gather, is later
used against our state.

The NSS urges everyone to immediately contact them in case
of receiving suspicious phone calls.
