A motion has been made to arrest Former Secretary of Artsakh
Security Council, Hero of Artsakh Vitaly Balasanyan. Balasanyan’s advocate
Rafayel Martirosyan said this in his meeting with ABC Media.
The court hearing has begun. However, Martirosyan is not
sure that the decision will be made today.
To remind, Balasanyan was detained from his house in Askeran
on July 13. His son, brother and cousin were also detained. However, they were
released after interrogation.
