Former Secretary of Artsakh Security Council Vitaly
Balasanyan will remain in custody. Balasanyan’s advocate Rafayel Martirosyan
wrote on his Facebook page that the complaint regarding the legality of the
arrest was rejected.
To recall, Balasanyan was arrested on the evening of July
13. His son and cousin were arrested as well.
