Aliyev dismisses his envoy in Nakhijevan

Fuad Najafli has been dismissed from his post as the Authorized Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhijevan Autonomous Republic.

According to Azerbaijani media reports, the corresponding decree was signed by Ilham Aliyev.

Jeyhun Jalilov has been appointed as the new Authorized Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhijevan Autonomous Republic. Before this appointment, Jalilov served as the Prime Minister of Nakhijevan.
