There are a number of child care institutions operating in
Armenia. However, many of them have no license to provide educational services.
“As the law stands, institutions running pre-school and
school programs must be licensed,” Head of RA MoESCS Licensing Agency Arshak
Ashotyan said.
That is the law, but many are the cases when it is violated.
For example, there are cases when an institution that is registered as an
entertainment center for children operates as a kindergarten.
