
Khachaturyan and Papuashvili discuss Yerevan-Baku peace process
President Vahagn Khachaturyan and Shalva Papuashvili, Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, discussed the situation in the South Caucasus, including the peace process between Yerevan and Baku.
The sides noted that close cooperation among the three countries in the region makes it more attractive and opens up new economic opportunities.
During the talks, the importance of signing a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan was emphasized. The parties also highlighted that political stability will serve as a foundation for the region’s economic development.
The significance of the Middle Corridor in improving regional connectivity was also stressed.
