Armen Grigoryan discusses issues related to Armenia-Azerbaijan negotiations with US DOS official
Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan, who is currently in the United States, met with Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs Derek Hogan.
As reported by the press service of the Security Council, the agenda of bilateral relations between Armenia and the U.S. was discussed during the meeting, including the prospects of economic cooperation.
The parties emphasized maintaining the regional security, the continuation of peace negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as well as the creation of an international mechanism for the Stepanakert-Baku dialogue and ensuring the rights and security of the Armenian population of Nagorno-Karabakh.
