Abdollahian leaves for Baku
Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian is in Azerbaijan. He will attend the ministerial meetings of the Coordinating Bureau of The Non-Aligned Movement.
The minister wrote on his Twitter page that the Non-Aligned Movement provides a unique opportunity to promote multilateralism and common interests. This will help them rise to the new global challenges.
“This visit will offer us an opportunity to monitor and develop neighborhood policy in the region,” he wrote.
Meetings between the Iranian minister and Azerbaijani officials are also scheduled on the sidelines of the visit.
