A search for the shooter in a deadly rampage at Brown University in the US is back on, as officials release images of a new “person of interest”, BBC reports.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is offering a $50 000 reward for information to identify the new person.

Students Ella Cook and Mukhammad Aziz Umurzokov were killed in the attack on Saturday at the Ivy League university in Providence, and nine others were injured

A previous person of interest was detained and released on Sunday, after Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha said there was “no basis” to keep the person
