24 killed as 3 Ukrainian drones strike café and hotel in Kherson region

Ukrainian armed forces made a drone attack on a café and a hotel on the Black Sea coast in the Kherson region on New Year’s night, killing more than 20 people, RIA Novosti writes, citing Kherson region governor Vladimir Saldo.

“More than 50 people were injured, and 24 were killed. The figures are being verified. Many people were burned alive. One child has died,” Saldo wrote on Telegram.

According to him, “the Kyiv regime deliberately burned people,” claiming that one of the drones was equipped with an incendiary mixture.
