Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will meet on May 14 in Brussels. As reported by the EU, the meeting is to be held through the mediation of President of the European Council Charles Michelle.
It should be noted that on May 1, a bilateral meeting between Bayramov and Mirzoyan was held in the U.S., and afterward a trilateral meeting was held between Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. The negotiations lasted several days and ended on May 4.
According to the statements, the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet once again on June 1. This time, the meeting is to be held with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French President Emmanuel Macron at the European Political Community Summit in Moldova.
