Venezuela’s opposition leader ready to give Trump her Nobel Peace Prize

Venezuelan opposition politician María Corina Machado, who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2025, has said she is willing to give the prize to U.S. President Donald Trump or share it with him. Machado made the comments in an interview with Fox News.

“When I learned that we had received the Nobel Peace Prize, I dedicated it to Donald Trump because I believed he deserved it… If I thought he deserved it back in October, imagine how much more certain I am now [after the ousting of Nicolás Maduro],” Machado said.
