Artsakh state minister announces street protests to halt emigration starting late March

Artsakh State Minister Nzhdeh Iskandaryan said at a press conference today that from the end of March, they will begin street protests.

“We will hold public rallies; we must prevent emigration,” Iskandaryan said. “Nikol Pashinyan does not have the right to speak on behalf of the people of Artsakh or to close the chapter on Artsakh.”
