Netanyahu to discuss with Trump Israel’s ‘principles’ on Iran talks

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is traveling to the United States, The Times of Israel reports.

Netanyahu said he will present US President Donald Trump with Israel’s principles regarding nuclear talks with Iran.

Speaking to reporters ahead of his trip, he said these principles are important not only for Israel but for all countries around the world.

“We will discuss a number of issues, including the situation in Gaza,” the Israeli PM said.

Netanyahu added that his numerous meetings with Trump reflect the unique closeness between Israel and the United States, as well as his exceptionally close personal relationship with the US leader.
