Shahramanyan may sign document in Yerevan

Former Adviser to the Artsakh President Vladimir Grigoryan
announced a few days ago that the decree of the country’s president on the
dissolution of Artsakh no longer exists. Grigoryan noted that the reason for
this was another agreement signed in October, under which a number of state
agencies of Artsakh will continue to operate, but as public ones. Shahramanyan,
in turn, met with the officials of Artsakh state agencies working on a public
basis and noted that there was no decree dissolving the agencies. The KP
members did not like these statements.
