Armenia-EU cooperation agenda and upcoming summits discussed

Tigran Balayan, Armenian Ambassador to Belgium and Head of the Permanent Representation of Armenia to the EU, met with Simon Mordue, Chief Diplomatic Adviser to the President of the European Commission, the Embassy of Armenia in Belgium reported.

The two sides discussed the expanding partnership between Armenia and the European Union, as well as issues related to high-level reciprocal visits.

They also exchanged views on the organizational and substantive aspects of the European Political Community Summit and the Armenia-EU Summit, both scheduled to take place in Yerevan in May.

The conversation touched on recent developments in the South Caucasus region and new opportunities emerging within the framework of the peace agenda.
