The Colorado Supreme Court has banned former U.S. President
Donald Trump from running for the 2024 presidential election and from casting a
vote.
The Republicans have called the decision an “actual attack
on democracy”.
Donald Trump can appeal against this decision to the U.S.
Supreme Court.
With this decision of the Colorado Supreme Court, Trump is
indicted for attempts to overturn the 2020 election.
