Ohanyan: The adoption of the Hayakve bill is a necessity

On the initiative of the Armenia Alliance, the Parliament
was holding a hearing on the bill introduced by the Hayakve initiative.
According to the leader of the alliance, Seyran Ohanyan, the adoption of the
bill is a necessity in the current military and political situation around
Armenia and Artsakh. The Civil Contract Party did not attend the parliamentary
hearing. Instead, many former and incumbent officials of Artsakh were present.
