100 people killed in Israeli strikes in Rafah 

The Israel Defense Forces (Tzahal) have announced that they made strikes on targets in Al-Shaburah district in the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, Al Mayadeen TV channel reports, noting that 100 people were killed and more than 2a30 were injured in the attack.

The Israeli army also announced that during the operation in Rafah, two hostages seized by Hamas on Oct. 7 were freed.

“Two Israeli hostages, Fernando Simon Marman (60) and Norberto Louis Har (70), who were abducted from Nir Yitzhak kibbutz by the terrorist organization Hamas on Oct. 7, were freed in Rafah during a joint operation by the Israel Defense Forces, the Israel Security Agency (ISA), and the Israel Police,” reads Tzahal’s statement.

It is reported that the said two hostages are in “good condition”; they will undergo a medical examination.
