Under a preliminary agreement, on Nov. 30, the commissions
on Border Demarcation and Border Security Issues of Armenia and Azerbaijan will
meet at the state border. Spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry Ani
Badalyan said this.
To remind, yesterday the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Armenia issued a statement on their proposal to hold negotiations on the border
between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
