In a letter to the participants of the XI Global Baku Forum, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak expressed hope that a peace treaty will be signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan by November of this year.
“Currently, there is a historic opportunity to end the long-standing conflict with Armenia. It would be a milestone to have this by COP 29 (the 2024 UN Climate Change Conference),” reads the letter.
