Voter turnout in Russian presidential election

As of 9:00 a.m. Moscow time, there has been a voter turnout of 36.55% in the presidential election in Russia, the Central Election Commission of Russia reports.

Problems with the online poll system, detected on the first day of polling, have been handled.
