Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will arrive in Moscow on April 22 to have talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti reports.
They are going to discuss key issues regarding the further development of the Russian-Azerbaijani strategic partnership and allied relations, as well as to conduct a thorough exchange of ideas on current regional issues.
