This is the image of our country: in a disaster, depending on the whim of one person. The police officers here, who are supposed to protect the people, are now standing against them; against the people who are full of the desire to win. Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan said this to the participants of the Tavush for the Homeland movement outside the Alexander Spendiaryan National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre.
“There are also doctors and professors here. I should ask you to greet them. Yesterday, YSU professors simply demanded the resignation of Nikol Pashinyan; their number should increase,” Archbishop Bagrat said. He had not finished his speech when the participants of the movement chanted, “Nikol traitor! Go Nikol!”.
To remind, today an international forum is taking place at the Opera Theatre. Nikol Pashinyan attends the forum as well. Yesterday, Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan called on the participants of the movement to be present there in huge numbers and thus express their protest and distrust in Pashinyan.
