People from Artsakh having a mental condition are now kept in the building of a former boarding school in Dilijan. About 30 people are now kept there. Since 2020, the former boarding school has been serving as accommodation, or even more so an isolation ward. The basic hygienic and sanitary conditions are missing there. Moreover, there are no medical personnel working there. In fact, only one staff member works there. The municipality of Dilijan refused to talk to our camera crew.
