Judge Tigran Polandyan arrested

A motion was put to impose preventive detention against
Bankruptcy Court Judge Tigran Polandyan.

The RA Prosecutor General’s Office reports the motion has
been approved.

Earlier, it was reported that a public criminal prosecution
had been brought against Bankruptcy Court Judge T.P. for taking huge bribes.
