Greek defense minister: Turkey is an existential threat to us 

Greek Defense Minister Nikos Dendias gave a speech in Parliament, where a bill on increasing its arms capacity was adopted, Kathimerini writes.

The minister particularly stated that the stance of the Turkish side toward Greece is a strategic and long-term threat.

“If there is a neighboring country that not only appeals against international agreements on sovereignty rights, but also the status of sovereignty and minorities, then that country is a direct existential threat. The legal and geographical borders of our country are also at stake,” Dendias stated.
