Russian and Azerbaijani deputy foreign ministers discuss Council of Europe’s regional activities

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grushko held consultations with his Azerbaijani counterpart Sharifov in Moscow.

The parties discussed the situation in the South Caucasus and neighboring regions. There was an exchange of views on EU and NATO issues, the situation in the OSCE, and the regional activities of the Council of Europe. A number of bilateral and international topics of bilateral interest were touched upon.
